    Thankyou for the great staff who are trying to help my Dad with all his health issues. I would suggest you fix the self checkin monitors for speedy checking in and open all three counters so the que can move along. I appreciate you are looking after 35,000 patients in the area but this will really help. You are doing a great job.

    I have tryed several times to get my GP giving consent for a blood test ither on dr iq app or via phone call wich no one picks up, so I went to the practice today asking what do I have to do to actually get a blood test referral, the lady sayd I should call 8 am or use the app, I have told her I still can't get hold of them, and 8 have asked nicely if I am under 40s and I don't have any Simptoms means that I won't be approved for a blood test, as that what the Dr iq app said! And she has casually replied "yes" so means there is no right of getting a health check up "unless you are in danger or having deadly Simptoms!!! This is outrageous, I left the practice angrily crying! The service is soo bad they don't even know to give you proper guidance, so why I am payng taxes for? For them so sit down and send me home sayng try calling again tomorrow!!! U have work and chores I do not have the time so stay for hours hoping they will pick up!! The lack of knowledge is written on them. I am disappointed in they're service, we are ending up going on private care, payng double money just to make sure our health is good! Totally unfair!

    the Practice should stop advertising Dr iq as an access tool because most if not all of its features do not work. For example it is impossible to get an appointment via Dr iq. The practice should instead improve access to appointments by making more appointments available and have a triage system in place to direct patients to the best service. It should also have all staff in the back office to lessen the queues at busy times. There should be a queue target of no more than three people in each queue waiting to be seen by reception. It should also advertise times during the day when it is less busy so people can targwet when they arrive for adviceor to make an appointment.

    I have been with a few gp practices in the last 20 years, but this one is the worst ever. You'll wait at least 90 minutes to speak with reception, whatever the reason. On the app, you'll never be able to book an appointment - as there's nothing available. I also don't think is fair to charge (only cash payments) your clients for a form requested by a private medical insurance. I sent the form to the GP 6 weeks ago, after 2 weeks waiting, they emailed me asking to come in person at the reception to make the payment. When payment was done, I have been told that I'll have the form on the same day. It's been another 4 waiting weeks, while I was spending every week at least 90 minutes trying to chase the form. I still don't have the form, which is becoming so frustrating. Every time I call, a hear a different story. It's a nightmare!!!

    I was sent a message asking to have a blood pressure reading.I had an appointment a few weeks before and the clinician took my blood pressure but they told me there was no record of it how bad is that they don't even update your records when you have an appointment,so I have to go and have my blood pressure taken again they need to get there act together.

    I don’t understand this gp. You call to get to appointment and the admin act like there the doctor. You have to get very confrontational with just to see the doctor. There job is to book people to see the doctor not act like there a doctor otherwise we would waste our time calling or coming to the clinic. When people call for an appointment you should just take there details and book it’s not there job to give medication and medical advice.

    Awful spend ages trying to book a consultation on the app at 8am going through all the options and boxes that are clearly not read by anyone. Phone rings for split second then gets put down got no time to answer then get a voicemail saying missed appointment and need to book again another day call the surgery back to try and get call back need to wait as 20th in a que finally get through receptionist says it’s my fault I shouldve been by my phone the whole morning waiting as i knew i had an appointment, Says nothing they can do and says i might get a call back I might not now depends on the person. How is this an efficient system people work through illness and injury people have lives and jobs and kids how can you expect people to rush onto an app at 8 am then wait 5 hours for a phone call with no way of contacting back if missed

    I have had several issues over a year now. I want to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at reception, manager and the team, doctors, nurses, pharmacist and hca. Thank you for your services and patience. Your kindness and professionalism. Thank you for finding the time to see me and guide me in the right direction. Thank you for all the abuse that you tolerate from your patients and take it on the chin and stoll carry on with your service at the desk. I have witnessed many abusive patients at reception and have witnessed, your understanding for such patient's frustration but you all have shown great respect and kindness. It's a special gratitude from me and my children, under your care. We are proud to be under your care and we also understand the load of work you all have on a daily basis. I also would like to thank you all on behalf of loxford community as a gesture of respect and honour for the whole team. You successfully gave us great service and I encourage to continue with the good work of serving the humanity.
