    I can’t praise the lady enough. I’ve once again gone in tonight struggling with a bereavement and unexpected pregnancy - and the receptionist was just so kind. There’s knowing your job and then there’s just being a good human. This lady is both. Thank you so much for caring enough to give me five minutes of your time, a shoulder to cry on and some help. It says you won’t publish it if I name her- so that’s a shame (4 letters and starts with j!) thank you - this lady and practise is super!

    I've been struggling with my mental health from few months. Getting through to them is just impossible, doctors appointments when finally happened were just horrible experience. No one cares, no one asks how are you feeling, you are just another number on their list and the longest conversation I had was just over 2 minutes with avarage lasting for less then a minute. How possibly can you be assessed in 2 minutes phone call? 0 out of 5
