We really love our dentists she’s really great with the kids and the kids say it never hurts and they really enjoy going and getting the stickers. I feel like she does a really thorough job and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Both the dentist and the nurse were very kind and understanding as I am a very nervous patient. The dentist took her time to deal with my sensitive teeth. Best experience I’ve had in a long time thank you

The dentist and assistant were good with me. They understood what i needed and looked after me while i was nervous. My views and treatment mattered to them.

Lack of availability for emergency treatment. Having to wait 2 weeks for an extraction and a filling. Would rather prescribe another course of antibiotics. Cancelled 6 monthly check up when pregnant and did not call to offer an alternative. Leaving a 10 month gap before my teeth had a regular check up.

Had to wait above hour to be told not enough time for treatment even thou you have cancelled every appointment over the last 12 months got to wait 4 more months for fillings

The process for obtaining urgent treatment was very straightforward with the reception staff being very helpful. The treatment received from my dentist, together with the extraction of a loose tooth, was excellent. Thank you, to the team.

Nothing each appointment I make keeps being cancelled made this one again as coming home from university to be told not got enough time for you ! You will have to wait now have to wait till April for fillings that were diagnosed 18 months ago

Appointment was rapidly given, albeit dentist running 20 mins late on day. Reception staff charming and professional, treatment carried out well abc next steps clearly explained. Follow up appointment set within reasonable timescales.
