The appointment was on time, courteous and friendly. I was impressed with everyone on the day. However the practice had had to re schedule the appointment not once but several times. This I have found really frustrating.

Reception staff good, disappointed that we wasn’t I formed that usual hygienist wasn’t there today. Wasn’t happy with who we saw today, mannerism very dull, not personable.

My dentist is so patient with me and knows how to calm me down instantly. Her bedside manner is exemplary and she’s thorough with her workmanship.

The introductions and chat with me beforehand. Gentleness, patience and sensitivity and no sense of being rushed or not in control. It made me less anxious. So many people have found experiencing dental treatments very triggering - especially if they have had previous bad experiences with some dentists and generally.

Despite me receiving numerous reminders the dentist “didn’t know” about my appointment so didn’t turn up for an hour. Temporary crown lasted just 3 days. Appointment for permanent crown not for another 3 weeks. Now in pain for Christmas. Glad I paid for the privilege.

I was running late, called to let them know and they were very understanding. When i arrived. The receptionist was polite and the dental nurse was lovely! Couldnt fault them at all.
