They know my previous unfortunate experience and they ate kind and sensitive to that eithout making me feel bad. They are very excellent at there job. Cant thank enough for how my dentist and nurses and receptionist are

After what I assume is the normal two week interval , finally my first set of dentures were awaiting , a short wait in the waiting room , and then a brief hello by the dentist and the teeth were clipped into place , so very easily . I had anticipated a bit of jiggery pokery , but no I left the surgery within three minutes in my estimation . A credit to the dentist , nurse and technician that made the plate and three teeth . The troublesome front teeth I had accidentally broken many years ago now replaced with I hope a lot less problematic dentures ,

Every dentist makes me feel at ease within Swadlincote dental practice which is really comforting when I am such a nervous patient. Always friendly and smiley with a nice welcome.

So quick getting an emergency appointment and being seen. Excellent service from the receptionist to the dental nurse and dentist. Couldn’t fault anything.

Really good service from dentist, but had to wait 25mins past my appointment time to get seen, and that was at 9:45 in the morning. Very behind. Meant I was then late for work meetings.

First time with this hygienist. She was very skilled, thorough and gentle. Not like the previous hygienists there. Very happy with the service i got today. I am going to tell all my families and friends.

Polite friendly receptionists, my dentist always welcome’s me with a happy and professional attitude, she explains what she is doing or what she is about to do.
