Find out what's new in the NHS App
To view your appointment notes and other updates:
- Select Appointments.
- Select Appointment notes and other updates.
- Read through the important notice about sensitive information you may see and select continue.
You may see information about:
- appointments you've had online, over the phone or face-to-face
- forms you've completed
- test results
- text messages sent to you by your GP surgery
- referrals
Requesting appointment notes
Contact your GP surgery if you need a copy of your appointment notes.
Incorrect or missing information
If any information is incorrect or missing, contact your GP surgery.
Your GP may hide sensitive information, if sharing it in the NHS App could cause harm to you or someone else.
Contact your GP surgery if you have any questions, or you want to hide information in the app.
