From the home screen:
- Select Appointments.
- Select Book an appointment.
- Select Ask about a health problem.
You'll need to answer some questions about your symptoms.
Your GP surgery will review the information and respond with an appointment or other support.
You may be able to submit this form on behalf of someone else, like a child or someone you care for. This depends on your GP surgery.
If your GP surgery does not offer this service in the app, contact them directly to ask about a health problem.
If your problem is urgent
Follow the advice from your GP surgery about booking an urgent or same day appointment.
For urgent medical advice, you can use 111 online or call 111.
