From the home screen:
- Select Appointments.
- Select Manage GP appointments.
If no upcoming appointments are showing
You may not see your upcoming appointments if:
- your GP surgery does not currently allow online appointment booking
- the appointment was cancelled

Cancelling an appointment
Find the appointment you want to cancel and select Cancel this appointment.
If you try to cancel too close to the time of the appointment, your GP surgery may not allow you to cancel it using the app.
Contact your GP surgery if you cannot cancel your appointment online.
Changing the time of your appointment
If you want to reschedule an upcoming appointment, you'll need to cancel it and book a new appointment.
