STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY TRICEP STRETCH
To get into position, stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart.
Bend your left arm and reach for the back of your left shoulder,
keeping your left elbow next to your head.
Use your right hand to gently push your left elbow back.
Keep both shoulders down, neck straight and chin up throughout the move.
