More on how we perform

We are currently accepting new patients

Please register during Surgery hours. You will need to complete a form available from reception as we do not accept the online registration form on this page. You need to bring proof of address e.g. bank statement, utility bill and photo ID e.g. passport or driving licence. You will be asked to use the machine in waiting room to obtain height weight and BP measurements so these can be recorded with your registration. Please see catchment area document to check if your address falls within our catchment area. A copy of this can be viewed in the latest news section of this page, there is also a copy in reception.
