Very grateful to the doctor who called my partner on Tuesday and managed to get him an appointment to see the Nurse on the same day. She had a thorough check of him and said we should go to a&e. This turned out to be the right choice as we found out he had a serious infection and needed to stay in hospital for a few nights. An out of hours GP at a different surgery and a 111 assessment dismissed it as a viral infection and needed to wait it out. Thank you to the nurse’s care at Nunhead surgery for getting him the urgent help he needed.

Extremely helpful receptionists, all so polite, courteous, friendly and so efficient, I've seen a Dr and nurse and they were exactly the same! Overall a brilliant practice, highly recommended

I booked a telephone consultation with a GP and was offered a time slot 3 working days later for a non urgent issue. The GP rang me when expected and was friendly and efficient, referring me by the end of our conversation for the investigation I needed at the hospital. I was reassured that I could contact them again in the interim should I have any concerns. I have always had a very good level of care from this surgery and it's great to see that, despite the pressures GPs are under, this is still the case.

I have had two appointements in the last month with two different GPs, who were both extremely thorough, as well as very kind and helpful, they explained everything thoroughly, and provided great guidance and reassurance, I am very happy about my experience at the surgery, from the reception staff to the GPs it has been great so far.
