Extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist. Always busy but still takes the time to listen to any problem you may have. Lovely staff who are always cheerful and helpful - would definitely recommend….

I've always had a positive experience at this pharmacy. Polite, friendly and deliver a great service. They recently went above and beyond when I was late collecting my prescription to ensure I received my medication.

Easy access with near location to Doctors surgery. Repeat prescriptions ordered always ready in quick time. Pharmacist and staff always very helpful and kind, ready to give you advice or information when asked for.

The advice and patient care from this pharmacy has been very exceptional and simply the best. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I came with my mother-in-law for some advice regarding her current health condition and the pharmacist took his time to go in depth to explain and provide advice on how to manage and treat her condition. He was very polite, showed empathy to us and gave us reassurance. Although the pharmacy was very busy, he still gave us his time and for that we are very grateful. Thank you so much!

My wife and I have been using West Point Pharmacy since we moved back to this area in 2003. We have always had first a class service. The staff are always approachable and friendly. When a new medication is prescribed they always discuss it with you and I even received a phone call to enquire to whether I had had any side effects. We have seen many pharmacists and staff over the years but I have to say the current team are excellent.

I always use this chemist not just because it’s close to my doctors and other shops, but the staff and pharmacist are so helpful and nice. Nothing is ever too much trouble and their communication is helpful E.g.advising prescriptions are ready. The shop is well stocked and no matter how busy they are the service they all provide is very organised, helpful, caring and with a smile.

I want to the pharmacy to check whether my old blood pressure monitor was working correctly. The pharmacist offered to lend me an ambulatory blood pressure monitor for 3 days. When I returned it, he printed out the results and took me through them carefully, advising me to show them to my GP. I am very impressed by this level of care.

I've been using Westpoint Pharmacy in Chilwell for the last couple of years. All the staff are very helpful and courteous. I've had some recent issues trying to get hold of a new medication and they have gone above and beyond in trying to resolve the problem for me. Keep it up!

Used this pharmacy many times. Staff are pleasant and professional. When I have had prescription problems they sorted it out speedily. They message you when prescriptions are ready and discuss them with you on handover. If you are on a new prescription they follow up by ringing you some days later to see if there any problems. First class service.
