truly lovely staff always with a smile ready to help the lady with the blond hair is super lovely she has time to make you feel at ease and to help you with any problems the pharmacy is lovely the follow up calls about your meds are a great help just checking everything is ok as getting to see a doctor now days is not easy so i would highly recommend this place they work hard and it shows so weldone to you all keep up the fab work and Thankyou

West Point Pharmacy were offering quick and easy BP checks when I picked up my repeat prescription. This was so convenient as my GP Practice were not offering routine BP checks. I booked in with the pharmacist he was so accommodating and fitted around my work commitments. Although the pharmacist made me feel at ease my BP count was much higher than it should be so I was offered a 24 hour overnight observation he explained that that this would give a more accurate reading of my health. Glad to say the results were very positive and I was given a print out to take away the pharmacist even sent an electronic copy to my GP. This was so handy as my GP practice were not offering any routine appointments and asked me to either buy a monitor or lend one. What a great service and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention the pharmacist at West Point offered would definitely recommend!

The staff are always polite, helpful and treat you with the upmost respect. I have no reservation in recommending this pharmacy to others.

I have recently started using this pharmacy and I cannot praise them enough, they are so polite and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them, every member of staff is courteous and pleasant

I had my flu vaccination at this pharmacy because it was a lot easier than trying to see a GP for it . There was no waiting and the whole experience was quick and easy . The staff are friendly and helpful. A very good and pleasant experience.

What amazing staff especially the pharmacist, I have recently had to have my blood pressure monitored and the pharmacist took the time to explain all the results to me so I understood I felt very reassured.

Excellent pharmacy service . Polite, knowledgeable engaging welcoming staff. Always greeted and recognised. Always on hand to offer advice and services available ie. vaccinations, flu jabs and BP monitoring . Have experienced similar across four continents in my time , this is the best. .
