Not been using it for long but right from the start I found the staff not only very helpful if I had a problem, they would try to sort instead of me having to, but very friendly and approachable. Can't recommend highly enough!

I have been using Well since June 2023. They are disadvantaged by the small premises and limited opening hours. Every member of staff has always been cheerful and helpful. There always do absolutely everything that they can do to help. Cope well with me ( a full time carer ) when my brain is a bit fried, so patient! Ready to go "above and beyond". Thank you to them all!!!

Waiting in store at 2.15pm today staff were cooking and eating whilst working. Looked (and smelled!) like toasties. Casually being made on the same worktops where all the drugs were being prepared. In full view. Didn’t look like a staff area was where all the medicines were. Pretty sure there must be rules against doing that hardly very sanitary. Should be inspected for hygiene

Can't thank the staff enough for always going above & beyond for my needs. Always so kind & caring; the compassion & empathy is incredible, especially with the loss of my husband. Thankyou so much to everyone at well.
