   Instructions provided when to deliver medication is rarely followed and overlooks. There isn't always a call or notification left to say delivery has been attempted. Which means only if you have a ring doorbell you won't know an attempt to deliver has taken place. When ringing into the pharmacy there is not always a understanding of these frustrations; recently the phone went silent without any acknowledgement of what was happening, I am waiting saying hello no one responded. After several minutes this continued so I hang up and ring back and no one then answers the phone. This is highly unprofessional and is lacking in customer care.
