Very efficient and helpful for those who are housebound. I am extremely relieved that I don’t have to struggle to get to the hospital to collect my prescription.

Medication is delivered on the day that was arranged the delivery driver was very courteous, great service from from everyone concerned thanks to all concerned.

Nottingham City hospital phoned to say prescription ready, and delivered to me the next day. Great phone manner, and delivery driver was friendly, and polite. Exemplary service.

Tablet dosage was changed , hadn't any at home so hospital organised delivery as couldn't get to fetch them directly. Came the following day , in time slot stated

When my prescription was ordered, it was not immediately in stock, but it was sourced and delivered within 3 working days. I then received a follow-up call to check that I was comfortable with taking my medication. A really wonderful service. Many thanks
