Requested missing tablets at 11.00 am… given a five hour deliver window and tablets arrived in the first hour….. well done and thank you… stress removed now they are in my possession.

I had a broncosopy last week. The doctor noticed that I had oral thrush. The medicine wasn't available until the next day. I said that I didn't live near the hospital. It was then arranged that I would get a delivery the next day. It was! When you have had sedation, and a bit wobbly and worrying about results (now ok), it was lovely to have had that service. Thank you, City Hospital Trust Pharmacy, Nottingham.

Following a problem with the prescription and delivery the trust staff member was very patient in sorting out the shortage of medicine to be delivered.

The pharmacist that rang me to inform me my injections were ready, was very kind and helpful. I’ve was very grateful that they could be delivered as I live 45 minutes away from the hospital and didn’t have another appointment to coincide with a pick up. My injections were delivered promptly and courteously on the day I needed them. Thank you

My request for my medication was dealt with very quickly, delivered the very next day. Being disabled it is such a great help to be treated with such kindness and expertise by this great team of people. Many, many thanks to all concerned, very much appreciated.

I was told there were multiple attempts to deliver my medicines, but my accommodation has no record of it. I haven’t ever had this issue with other packages delivered to the accommodation so I don’t know why that is. Ended up hacking to go pick it up after “two failed delivery attempts “ that no one can seem to find. Pharmacy was fine, a pretty okay experience.

Medication is delivered Process for checking when & who will be in to receive it is efficient and delivery arrives on time with simple ID check on recipient Delivery drivers friendly & efficient
