My request for my medication was dealt with very quickly, delivered the very next day. Being disabled it is such a great help to be treated with such kindness and expertise by this great team of people. Many, many thanks to all concerned, very much appreciated.

I was told there were multiple attempts to deliver my medicines, but my accommodation has no record of it. I haven’t ever had this issue with other packages delivered to the accommodation so I don’t know why that is. Ended up hacking to go pick it up after “two failed delivery attempts “ that no one can seem to find. Pharmacy was fine, a pretty okay experience.

Medication is delivered Process for checking when & who will be in to receive it is efficient and delivery arrives on time with simple ID check on recipient Delivery drivers friendly & efficient

I needed an urgent prescription for my husband znd the pharmacist who answered my call was extremely supportive and took the necessary steps to ensure we received the medication by courier. I want to thank you for your help. Outstanding.

Very efficient and helpful for those who are housebound. I am extremely relieved that I don’t have to struggle to get to the hospital to collect my prescription.
