1. Review titled Unsupportive pharmacist

   I approached the counter of this pharmacy today, seeking advice on an issue near my mouth. The saleswoman said it looked like a cold sore, and I explained I don't suffer with these. She said she'd ask the pharmacist, who didn't come to look at me or talk to me, instead sending her back out with advice on cold sores. I asked again that he come out and he saw that it wasn't a cold sore, but instead a small infection. He said "there's nothing you can do", and dismissed me. I asked if I should use vaseline or other treatments and he shrugged and said "you can, but it won't help". I left and felt utterly unsupported, despite being in pain and having asked a professional for help. I then went to a nearby Well pharmacy, asked the same question and received excellent advice and a medication to apply which will treat the infection. I feel that the Tesco pharmacist was irresponsible and rude, and would be genuinely concerned for anybody else who might be unable to get to another pharmacy and/or who just accepted the advice given here.
