My medications are for a lifelong neurological condition. It is imperative that there are no gaps in taking medications. This pharmacy were fantastic for a few months (professional, friendly, caring, understanding) but not so when they can't get blister packs out on time! Now I can't get through to the phone line to talk to anyone (after I've reminded them every day this week!) or can't drive into town now that I'm in too much pain

got a prescription sent for my daughter waited over a week still waiting keep saying waiting for it but I work in another pharmacy so know that's not case said would deliver and didn't happen my wife phoned and girl cut her off many times that's reason why changed pharmacy

There are quite a few pharmacies in & around Stockton & I've probably been to all of them over the last 25 years but Synergise Parmacy is unlike any other in the area. Not only were they super professional but also very friendly & helpful with a good sense of humour too. Having found Synergise, I'll no longer go anywhere else. I whoeheartedly recommend this lovely family Pharmacy

Staff are great, polite. And understanding. However, getting prescriptions on time are very poor. Required antibiotics and, steroids. As i have a lung condition. Twice i was promised a delivery. Neither came I had to go fown 2 miles away to get half, this was after 3 days. I have now rannout of antibiotics. I was infomed therexare difficult to get hold of. But will deliver as soon as they get them. 5 days later none delivered. 4 other pharmacies have them in stock. Considering my lung condition it is important to get these meds asap. And not to pause takung them. Very poor.

I'm on a lot of medications. I've never really felt that anyone had the time or the inclination to speak with me about my prescriptions and my health. I came to this practice to get an emergency prescription and the pharmacist spoke with me at length. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I could tell this was his passion and I immediately switched to this pharmacy after speaking with him. Highly highly highly recommended.

It is so refreshing to walk into a place where the staff are courteous, polite and welcoming. The pharmacist is caring, attentive and very knowledgeable too. I went for a booster a few weeks ago and left feeling very satisfied with their high level of service. I will definitely use this pharmacy again and will recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you and keep up the great work! Helen.

excellent service received when went here for my covid booster jab.Was impressed by the pharmacist,as did not feel the injection at all.Would recommend strongly.

There was a wait to be seen however the staff were helpful and friendly. The counter assistant was polite and provided excellent customer service.

It was my first time visit today and I have to say the staff are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. The pharmacist took time out to advise me on options available, gave sound advice and showed great care and knowledge. I left feeling valued and cared for.
