Extremely helpful and kept us updated on arrival of vaccine. No waiting and walked in and out in 10 minutes.

I am in the process of an ailment investigation, the handling so far has been poor and today I sought advice from a helpful pharmacist and pharmacy assistant. I completed a triage to specifically see a GP as the pharmacist advised, but later in the day this was frustrated at the surgery and my record may explain. However, I called later in the day to collect tablets as directed, only to be told that the prescription had been sent to Lloyds Direct which would totally frustrate the immediate process which had been arranged. The specific had asked me keep her updated from earlier and so I did. She immediately took control and spent time and effort to recall the prescription and arrange for the immediate dispensing of the medicine. She showed great concern, empathy, and took a tremendous amount her time and effort on my behalf. She deserves recognition on her appraisals. I am precluded from including her name here due to your constraints but she deserves to be identified and I am happy to be contacted to facilitate this.

I had mentioned last time i came in about a job I was to start in the near future. On this more recent visit the staff remembered and asked me how it was going. Nice to be remembered. Staff chat to you whilst you wait and remember you from previous visits. Really welcoming and efficient service

Rang up early morning,came down & saw pharmacist. Prescribed antibiotics going out within 20 minutes. Great practice. Totally recommend. Staff really helpful.

The practice today were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. They were professional and answered all my queries to the best of their knowledge. When entering the practice I had a warm welcome and my needs were met straight away and when asking for a new order, they wrote it down and ordered them immediately. Great service thank you very much!

Having to wait in a queue listening to the girls who are sorting medication out chatting about their hair and other personal things is not ideal, they should be concentrating on the job in hand. The staff on the front counter were as usual very helpful but you could see they wasn’t happy with other staff members. The 1 lady had to ask where customers prescriptions was and if they was being done, yet she was ignored, she had to ask a cou-le of times before a pharmacist actually replied. A customer who was waiting behind me was complaining and when the lady on the front desk passed on the complaint to the pharmacist, she was so rude replying “she can’t see what they are doing behind there they are working hard” my reply was “they may be but we don’t want to know the state of her hair or listen to their private conversations, we want our prescriptions we have been waiting for”. Again the pharmacist rude attitude was”they are working hard, you can’t see what they are doing” Perhaps this pharmacist should work on the front counter and have to deal with annoyed customers waiting for their prescriptions whilst having to listen to the staffs personal life. I’d give 5 stars to the 2 ladies on the counter, very professional. I’d give 1 star to the pharmacists and the staff behind them for their lack of professionalism in front of customers, and the 1 pharmacist in particular with her mouth I would give zero stars.

Brilliant pharmacy. Staff are friendly, approachable, bubbly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy. I have had patience with me and taken the time to listen when it's needed as I have autism and have needed help completing a form and order my meds.

Fabulous, modern and friendly practice but parking is a nightmare unfortunately, in my experience I’ve never found a space without waiting and being late even with allowing time. Even then, you have to try and back out having a queue of cars in the same situation behind .
