The practice today were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. They were professional and answered all my queries to the best of their knowledge. When entering the practice I had a warm welcome and my needs were met straight away and when asking for a new order, they wrote it down and ordered them immediately. Great service thank you very much!

Having to wait in a queue listening to the girls who are sorting medication out chatting about their hair and other personal things is not ideal, they should be concentrating on the job in hand. The staff on the front counter were as usual very helpful but you could see they wasn’t happy with other staff members. The 1 lady had to ask where customers prescriptions was and if they was being done, yet she was ignored, she had to ask a cou-le of times before a pharmacist actually replied. A customer who was waiting behind me was complaining and when the lady on the front desk passed on the complaint to the pharmacist, she was so rude replying “she can’t see what they are doing behind there they are working hard” my reply was “they may be but we don’t want to know the state of her hair or listen to their private conversations, we want our prescriptions we have been waiting for”. Again the pharmacist rude attitude was”they are working hard, you can’t see what they are doing” Perhaps this pharmacist should work on the front counter and have to deal with annoyed customers waiting for their prescriptions whilst having to listen to the staffs personal life. I’d give 5 stars to the 2 ladies on the counter, very professional. I’d give 1 star to the pharmacists and the staff behind them for their lack of professionalism in front of customers, and the 1 pharmacist in particular with her mouth I would give zero stars.

Brilliant pharmacy. Staff are friendly, approachable, bubbly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy. I have had patience with me and taken the time to listen when it's needed as I have autism and have needed help completing a form and order my meds.

Fabulous, modern and friendly practice but parking is a nightmare unfortunately, in my experience I’ve never found a space without waiting and being late even with allowing time. Even then, you have to try and back out having a queue of cars in the same situation behind .

I made a visit to the pharmacy when I was upset as there had been a mess up with my medication by Another.....pharmacy. Stourport pharmacy showed empathy and reassurance that there was nothing to worry about and they could help me. By the time I left all my meds were sorted a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders and I felt assured that everything was sorted. Staff were excellent, checking with their mentors they could help and explaining to me what would happen. If it wasn't for them I would of been without meds longer. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Friendly, supportive and on the ball. Thank you.

I was struggling to obtain some much needed medication and after trying 15 different local pharmacies, the SMC pharmacist went above and beyond to help and I successfully had all the medication that day. Thank you SMC pharmacy for a top class service. You went above and beyond and I am so very grateful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was able to switch chemists and transfer our order to here easy for us to collect and pain free.

I have, unfortunately, found this pharmacy very difficult to work with. I have a lot of repeat prescriptions, some of which are not always easy to get hold of for the pharmacy and that's understandable. The issues I've had though relate to a lack of communication, care and general courtesy. I have been given the wrong prescription numerous times and have often had to do a lot of the work to research the correct brands of medication that are suitable for my dietary needs myself. Other times, my medications have simply been forgotten, and I am never kept up to date about where they have gotten to when there are delays. There have been a few members of staff who have been more friendly, but most of the time I find myself being constantly interrupted, passed around or ignored. Overall I am forced to stay with this pharmacy out of need – I would never willingly choose to use this one.
