Very helpful and cheerful staff. Definitely recommend this pharmacy. Help my aunt to get some of her requirements. Took good care of her. Infact walked around with her assuring her and helping her make decisions

Having rather high readings at home I wanted to get confirmation and was made aware that Shaftsbury Pharmacy offered this service. I went and by the end of a short visit the readings were confirmed, relayed to my GP and as it is my nominated pharmacy I was able to walk out with a new updated prescription. The attention, . care and professionalism was excellent. I am more than grateful.

Such helpful staff who didn’t rush me, have been back for more medicine and staff remembered me and gave such good advice as to different medicine to try and different drinks for vitamin c. Thanks for your patience, knowledge and advice, so glad to have you as our local pharmacy. Highly recommend as a first-stop before visiting the surgery and for any health enquiries - and flu and Covid vaccines.

After great frustration with other services who all seem incapable of doing anything right first time, I finally moved over to Shaftesbury pharmacy to prepare my father’s dossette box and the experience was superb. Firstly the pharmacist called me to make sure the prescription was correct (never had a pharmacist be so proactive before) and luckily this identified a few incorrect items in a timely manner allowing them to be rectified before we ran out of medicines. As a consequence everything was delivered accurately on time and it was a complex order. In over a decade dealing with the nhs this is the first time anything has been actioned right first time and I therefore wanted to leave a positive review which truly reflects the high level of customer service this pharmacy provides. If only other nhs services were so efficient we wouldn’t have such a crisis in this country.

This morning my wife and I went along for our vaccinations. We had the latest Pfizer Covid vaccination and in addition, I had the influenza vaccination. We were greeted just inside the door by the very friendly volunteers who gave us forms to complete, showed us to the waiting area, and very soon afterwards we had the vaccinations. The vaccines were administered very professionally and every detail was checked before they were given. The vaccinators had excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The whole process was very streamlined and I unreservedly this pharmacy for vaccinations and other health services such as prescriptions and medical advice.

Lovely large pharmacy, was really impressed by the range of services available for the community. Had a flu and COVID shot, the staff and superintendent were really knowledgeable, and helpful.

I attended for a booster Covid vaccine after being texted. I called and they answered immediately and said I could attend a walk in clinic in the same hour. I was greeted and advised and seen by a friendly individual who gave me the vaccine. Really impressed by the kindness and professionalism! Thank you!
