Unprofessional customer service i received 18/02/2025; the staff at the front counter literally shouted at me and serve me as if i owe them. I was very disappointed.

Was prescribed a specific medication but was told by the pharmacist they don't order it as there is not a high enough demand for it, eventhough I live nearby and will need it regularly.

Doctors prescription was times 2 of the medication. The pharmacist said it's only one. Phone up GP surgery and GP confirmed it's times 2 of the medication. But sadly this pharmacist had his own rules.
