When I walked in I went straight to the counter which had two people behind it. I said hello to draw their attention but they did not respond. I called out to them and also to other staff behind them in an inner room. All my "hello's" were ignored. A few of them made eye contact with me but quickly looked away. Another person was walked in after me and she was promptly attended to. I was still standing there but was not attended it. I walked out very confused.

Absolutely brilliant pharmacy. Helpful, kind, knowledgeable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Managing repeats and unusual one off scrips with the same ease and reliability, you always feel cared for.
