The pharmacist wouldn't provide me with my full prescription, despite having it all in stock. This led to three further visits which could have saved both them and me time and inconvenience. Please help your current customer and don't hold items back 'just incase'. Thank you

All the staff were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Excellent advice re purchase saved me making a mistake. Quick and painless vaccinations.

The pharmacist at this Pharmacy is brilliant. She runs a ‘1 customer at a time’ rule so elderly and vulnerable patients are protected, always makes time if you have a problem, answers the phone when you call. She and her team are always helpful, caring and get to know you. Can’t rate them highly enough. Thank you Marlow Bottom Pharmacy!

Look after me, just popped in, they gave me the flu jab. They just know I need it, didn’t have to book. They go above and beyond

The pharmacist and her staff are amazing, always helpful and courteous. Highly recommended for advice and flu vaccinations and guidance about medication.

Always use this pharmacy as the staff are very approachable and I find them very helpful if I’m not sure whether we need a doctor or it’s something that just takes time. Efficiently run flu jab service which is brilliant as there is good parking and no waiting. All things you need to think of when you are disabled.
