The staff are always polite and helpful but I don't understand why it takes 10 working days to dispense a repeat prescription. The online system won't let me order the prescription until one month after the last time and then the extra 10 days on top means I almost always run out of my medication. My previous doctors/pharmacy (in London) managed to turn around repeat prescriptions in 24 hours. Surely they can't be that busy, but if they are, shouldn't they try and get more staff in.

I had a sore throat and the pain was becoming worse. The staff were very friendly and offered me a consultation within 20min. The consultation was thorough and I received medication and plenty of advice and support. Wonderful service.

Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. They helped me save some money too by telling me about the Hormone Replacement Therapy Prescription Prepayment Certificate, how to apply and how much it will save me over the course of a year - thank you!

We have recently moved to the neighbourhood and registered to the practice and Pharmacy. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I have got all the information and help I needed from the pharmacy ladies.

Was informed about a yearly payment scheme, which saves me money and the assistant was very helpful, and cheerful and couldn't do enough to help me. Very satisfied.

I had several prescriptions to collect but it was explained that if I applied for a prepayment certificate I would save money. Really great advice at a time where costs are high!

Today they were great at suggesting a way I can save money, given I have so many prescriptions, by using an NHS prepay certificate which I signed up for and immediately saved money.

I would highly recommend Lionwood Pharmacy. The treatment I received for my sore, blocked ears was caring, informative, friendly and efficient. The staff involved were marvellous.

Visited the pharmacy today to collect my regular repeat prescription and as always the experience was a pleasure. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always a total pleasure to deal with and they offer first class advice on a range of health issues.
