Was informed about a yearly payment scheme, which saves me money and the assistant was very helpful, and cheerful and couldn't do enough to help me. Very satisfied.

I had several prescriptions to collect but it was explained that if I applied for a prepayment certificate I would save money. Really great advice at a time where costs are high!

The Staff on this pharmacy recommend the prescription pre pay service and have saved me a lot of money. Very good advice, thankyou very much.

Today they were great at suggesting a way I can save money, given I have so many prescriptions, by using an NHS prepay certificate which I signed up for and immediately saved money.

I would highly recommend Lionwood Pharmacy. The treatment I received for my sore, blocked ears was caring, informative, friendly and efficient. The staff involved were marvellous.

Visited the pharmacy today to collect my regular repeat prescription and as always the experience was a pleasure. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always a total pleasure to deal with and they offer first class advice on a range of health issues.

Lionwood Pharmacy truly cares for their customers, for whom they provide significant services. They have taken time and carefully explained to me how to administer medicines to my toddler despite a busy line, they have triple checked my symptoms with me to ensure they recommend the best product, and they are always polite and friendly, evidently keen to help, so you never feel a request or question is too small. Today they went absolutely above and beyond for my family. Through my own error and various circumstances, we were almost without a vital prescription over the Easter break, which would have meant many days without due to bank holidays etc. The significance of not having the drug involved and the effects of going without would have been horrific for my family. This was nothing to do with them, entirely a mess up on my part. They were closed, cashing out their tills, and the GP next door had already informed me that the pharmacy had a horrific day and I had no hope. They stayed late, found the prescription that had only been sent hours earlier, processed it, reopened the till for me and comforted me as I cried. They wanted desperately to be back home with their own families, yet sacrificed their time for my benefit. I am slightly fretful to tell this tale, as I do not wish them any further customers (such as myself) keeping them late after hours, certainly never expecting such above-and-beyond service. I recall it only because it tells you absolutely everything about their customer service and diligence to serve their community. Trust them with your life, they absolutely will take care of it well. And try your best to stick to their opening hours, which are really very generous as it is.

Came to collect my prescription and the lady recommended I purchase a prepaid certificate asnit would save me a lot of money over 12 months. She was so helpful and provided all the information I needed in order to do so.

Seeing that I pay for my prescriptions, the pharmacist asked whether I knew about the prescription prepayment schemes and how it might save me money. She was not at all pushy, but wanted to make sure I was aware of the potential benefits, and went out of her way to ensure that I had the necessary paperwork to claim back today's prescription charge if I chose to obtain an hrt ppc. Lionwood Pharmacy is a real asset to the community.
