Omg what has happened to this once excellent run pharmacy? All the experienced staff don’t seem to be there anymore and the replacement staff are nothing but ignorant and lucky if they are even qualified! No one seems to answer the phone anymore so I had to go and collect my script. Waited in a queue for over half hour during this time no friendliness or sorry from any member of staff for my wait. Such a shame this is happening. I won’t be back!!!!

I went in to collect my prescription and waited over an hour! The pharmacist didn’t have a care in the world and was shouting at staff members who were trying there best. This was a good pharmacy until it was taken over and now all the staff have left because of them. They don’t apologise to staff and the pharmacist never comes out to help the staff members on the till when they are getting shouted at by the public.

Went in today to collect my prescription, heard a huge commotion in the back of the dispensary and witnessed the rudest pharmacy with her staff. Shouting at a young girl and made her cry then the young girl walked out. Coming into a place that’s meant to help people and be a safe place and witnessing that was horrible. Iv never been in a pharmacy and witnessed anything like it, also when the pharmacy queue is out the door and the pharmacist is sat on a stool looking at her phone it’s so unprofessional. Since this pharmacist has arrived none of the staff seem theirselves which is a shame as it used to be a lovely shop when the male pharmacist from Liverpool was there.

Easier than going to the doctors for women with utis, quick and easy way to get antibiotics Pharmacist was nice and swift with the consultation, would use this service again

I recently experienced problems trying to obtain medication from the pharmacy I previously used. The staff could not have been more helpful. Also, I was recently prescribed an inhaler. Within a week I received a call on behalf of Dobie to ask if the inhaler was improving the quality of my life. This is excellent service. In fact every time I have visited this pharmacy I have received very good service. I am so glad I moved to them earlier this year. Many thanks to all the staff.

Excellent pharmacy first service would recommend, pharmacist very helpful , I have received the best service in this pharmacy fabulous staff , came with problem of pharmacy first problem it been sorted straight away no appointment needed.

I contacted 111 due to being unable to get GP appointment, I was referred to the pharmacy, where I was seen straight away, and prescribed antibiotics, I felt this was really helpful, the pharmacist took time to listen and i did not have to wait weeks for a gp appointment
