This isn't my local pharmacy, but recent shortages of medicines I use has had me ringing around. Nothing is too much trouble. They are always helpful, polite and honest about supplys. Really professional and efficient, but caring to. On the phone they are just the same. They really are an outstanding service. Thank you for all your help.

Go in there to collect tablets that was ordered week ago had to wait about 20 minutes for them to be found another time picked my disabled husband tablets up got home realised something was missing phoned up they said yes they are there went to pick them up today after waiting 20 minutes the girl said they've been collected I did explain to her that I was only picking up one medication that they didn't give to me 10 minutes later finally got what I wanted please bring back all the old staff that use to be there

this is the best pharmacy in the area they are also very helpful and will deliver your prescriptions if needed i have been having mine delivered for about 3 years and they have never failed also very helpful if you need any advice they do listen to you and advise would not go anywhere else now

I am very grateful to the duty pharmacist at Fareham Pharmacy. We were struggling to find assistance for my elderly father who is suffering from heart failure and suspected bowel cancer. We were directed to the pharmacy for advice by NHS 111. The pharmacist was lovely, she listened and gave sensible guidelines for what we should do. It was 6pm on New Years Day and despite this she gave us as much time as we needed when we came in to get some medication. She also spoke to my father on the phone to reassure him. We were so worried and felt helpless so her support was invaluable .

We are so lucky to have this pharmacy in our area. They have the most incredible staff. I have never phoned and not been answered and helped. They are patient enough to source the medications patients needs.

Started using this pharmacy in 2021. Staff are literally on the ball no matter what time of day. Bonus is that they're open until 10pm. Last week I went to collect my meds but they were short on one medication due to a supplier problem. We discussed other alternatives but were not suitable. They put my script on their hub so that I could find my pills at another pharmacy. I called my pharmacist to let him know that all is fine. Shame, they were worried that I'd change pharmacy, not Ever! You guys are the Best in the South !!! (Not that I've been up North, lol. You'll know who I am because I always buy something from your £1 section.

Since moving over here the pharmacy so much better than we had before nothing too much trouble lets me mail medication needed gets a mail when ready never a problem staff pleasant knowable able to give assistance and help when needed a real pleasure highly recommend to others

I am immensely grateful for the service provided on my few visits, when I didn't know where else to turn in my time of worry and concern. I was understood and given some options, all of which were useful and provided me with a great deal of relief. I would hugely recommend as I was given some very helpful information, and product advice. The advice, guidance, quality and selection of products were more than I could have asked for and was a huge relief.
