I am writing to share my experience during my recent visit to Ealing pharmacy. As a longstanding customer, I have always valued the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the pharmacist and staff. However, I regret to report a concerning experience during my visit on 11.03.2024 During this visit, I encountered a significant lapse in customer service that left me feeling stressed and humiliated. Despite the professionalism of the pharmacist, the interaction with a frontline staff member was disappointing. The lack of courtesy and professionalism during this encounter was unexpected and regrettable. I believe it's important to provide constructive feedback to ensure the continued excellence of the pharmacy's services. While I have always appreciated the level of care provided by the pharmacist, I hope that steps can be taken to address the issues surrounding customer service. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the management will take appropriate action to uphold the high standards expected of ealing pharmacy
