    May aswell not even have a phone attached. Been calling constantly for the past 45 minutes, no answer, no facility to leave a message. All I need to know is if my daughter's prescription is there or not. 10 second call max. I don't believe that there is nobody available to answer the phone. I've been in many times where the service is so slow and there are 3/4 people in the back.

    Hi Dan, we are really sorry that your phone call did not get answered. The workload in the pharmacy is very high and maybe on this occasion your phone was not answered. However for urgent acute prescription most people only wait a max of 5-15mins. For non urgent repeat prescriptions we advise that you give us 3 working days from the point of ordering your prescription if ordered electronically or 4-5 working days if ordered by posting a repeat order slip to your GP. We have 3 forms of communication to the pharmacy. For non urgent communication we urge you to email or send us a WhatsApp message. Our email is denbypharmacy@gmail.com and our mobile number is 07821 399866. Hope this helps. Please also bear in mind our lunchtime closing times as your phone will not get answered at those times.
