I left Boots Mill Hill because they never had my tablets in stock or my order was incomplete, and someone recommended Day Lewis. They started well delivering my and my wifes' prescriptions, but for the last few months there service has fallen apart. They stopped delivering then made me go to the branch in Mill Hill East, which has an entrance up stairs and me being disabled meant it was too hard to collect. Then they assured me that my prescriptions will now definitely be from Mill Hill, but they can't deliver to me, but my friend who lives further away does receive deliveries. The latest mix up was today when I went to collect my wifes' pre-filled injections, having been told on Friday that they would be in today! I collected the stapled bag and when I got home.....no pre-filled injections!! My wife just called the branch and was told they haven't got them, but in the background another staff member said they are in and that she should come and collect them, which she cannot do due to her illness (cancer). What is going on and why cant we have our meds delivered as before?

Prescription dated start July 2022 asking for yellow sharps bins to put insulin needles in carer bern back to chemist come every 2-4 days is told they will be in tomorrow that told 4 times next visit they will b in this afternoon next visit oh our company have none available they are not being made. So I will bring or take my needles to chemist leave them there the gp said can't keep asking for them as chemist aren't supplying these yellow sharps bins
