   First time dealing with them very good answered phone with a polite and good attitude , booked me in for a good time that suited me , when checking my details for the first time seem to recognise me even those I had only just changed doctors

   I phoned an ambulance for my husband, doctor rang at same time. Doctor sent prescription over at 1pm to be delivered. They said it would be delivered by 6pm. It is now 7.22pm, has not arrived and hubby is in agony. I am so disappointed, having rung them twice and been reassured it would be here by 6pm, have no choice but to ring ambulance again. I’m so angry, up till now they have been amazing, but have really let my husband down .
