The girl at the reception was very nice, but unfortunately she didn't give me the medicines because the number requested on the prescription was lower than the number of pills in the boxes she had. Now, when this happens (usually in emergencies, they give a smaller number of pills unlike the one in the boxes) they usually take them out of the box and cut them according to the required number, instead she dismissed me because in this pharmacy they are not allowed to do that, leaving me empty handed without my emergency medications, far from any other pharmacy. I wonder what would have happened if my life depended on those medications.... (it kind of does)

Although I use this pharmacy occasionally, I have to express my shock at the state of the rubbish from the overflowing bin at the front of the shop. Although the assistant said its emptied weekly, there has possibly been others fly tipping and it appeared that the bin had not been emptied for a long time. It also looked like there had been no attempt to clear any of the rubbish that was on the ground in the front of the shop. In fact the amount of rubbish was absolutely off putting. Please could you ensure your team do a daily check and clean up, like those from the other neighbouring shops who try to take pride in the area.

I had a problem as my prescription had been sent to a closed Chemist on the bank holiday. I rang to see if they could help. The pharmacist was very patient and helpful even though I could sense how busy he was. When I got there he appeared to be in the front of shop alone and looked shattered whilst still patiently and efficiently working his way through the queue which was moving but continuously growing. Thank you for your help it was much appreciated.
