Took my daughter to see the pharmacist on a Saturday. Was seen privately and after thorough questioning she was prescribed medication. The prescription was fulfilled and provided shortly afterwards. We were there for at most 20 minutes. The pharmacist was kind, considerate and efficient whilst instilling confidence and professionalism.

I have now changed pharmacy. They lose prescriptions, bags everywhere and nit in order. Min wait time is an hour. Staff look miserable and unfriendly. Write on bits of paper like in 1950's. Looks dirty inside and out. Prescriptions never ready even if they had it a week! Needs closing or sorting. Very unprofessional!!

My wife and I are both on 2 monthly repeat prescriptions. For some time now things have failed to go smoothly. Prescriptions are rarely filled even though at least the 2 day interval as requested, so have to sit and wait. Told to come back the following day to collect the balance of prescriptions only to be told that nobody had reordered the medication so a wasted journey. Got home on one occasion to find that I had been given the wrong dosage of one of my medications, so I had to return it and then go back once they had reordered the correct one. Assistants who haven't a clue what off prescriptions are for so you have to tell them and anybody else in earshot what you're suffering from.

Always a very long wait to find they don't have what u have prescribed every month! 1 item at least incorrect each month. Different staff on each visit. Wrong manufacturer of medication although stated on prescription. Missing items each month. 'Phone rarely answered. Delivered to neighbours although no permission given, (morphine in delivery...controlled??) Overall an appalling, slow, uncaring, inefficient company. I work full time so don't have time to traipse around town to other pharmacies.!

Dreadful service. Rude staff. Repeat prescriptions are never ready regardless of how long I leave it to collect. I found out today its now owned by Enimed and the assistant informed me the pharmacist was new but apparently she's been there 7 months and still doesn't seem to have an efficient service operating. I was told to ring before collecting to see if it was ready but ironically their phone isnt working at the moment. I have now signed up with another pharmacy as I need several medications every 2 months and just want to be able to receive them without all this inconvenience.

Needed urgent 'hard to get' medication yesterday. Tried all the large supermarket pharmacies locally - couldn't even order it in for me. The Pharmacist at Bullbrook was lovely and calm, ordered my prescription for collection this morning. Perhaps I should wait to see if she managed to get them delivered but I like feeling positive :-). Quite a few staff working but all very friendly yet professional.

I've been getting my prescriptions from Bullbrook for about a year now, just lately they have been extremely busy, and seem to be under a lot of pressure. Even though they are busy, the staff have always been polite, I have never had a problem collecting my medication.
