, been so impressed, moved me daughters prescription there too,everything time a ring can't do enough for you txt message to say and confirm ladies/ gents do fantastic work. Thankyou much deserved

I have been using Abasaglar insulin for 25 years, always the same 300 ml glass vials. Last week my prescription delivery included 2 boxes of Abasaglar pre-filled pens, which I did not order and had never used before. The use by date on one of the boxes was March 2024, 3 months out of ate. I returned them to the pharmacy and was spoken to as though it was my fault. They said they would have had to order these as they didn't normally stock them? I had ordered my usual supply from the GPs online ordering prescription as 300 ml glass vials. Throughout my time in this branch they were unfriendly, surly and unhelpful. I insisted that they replaced the out of date pens with the vials I had always used and ordered. Disgusting customer service and very low standards of dispensing. They may need training in how to accept their errors and how to treat people with respect. I haven't been using Brutons for very long; I have found that if items are out of stock they will put a note in the bag when my order items are delivered, saying they will deliver when they receive stocks. I always have to chase them up when this happens, otherwise I'd never get them. I've ditched this chemist now and changed pharmacies. Fingers crossed the new one will have a better service and won't speak to people like they're to blame for their huge errors. Avoid these at all costs because I am sure it will happen to you too. There are far better pharmacies locally.
