   Unable to get a GP appointment and feeling very low and in pain, my daughter contacted 111. They, in their wisdom, referred me to this pharmacy for a consultation. Initially I was told to call back in 10 mins. When I did I was asked to hold on for 5mins during which time all I could here was loud noises of what seemed like pen's and pencils being cleared off of a desk ( hundreds of them), papers being rustled a computer being fired up and keyboard noises. 5 minutes seems a long time! However, consultation started and ended with the suggestion that I purchase 2 items from him costing over £20. I declined. This was a Friday so I remained in stress and pain till I could speak to my GP.on Monday. Monday night at 10 pm (had retired to bed at 9pm) I was awakened by the phone and this pharmacist asking me if I had sorted my problem out as he was just tieing up his paper work!!. I'm 79 years old, late night phone calls???
