Dreadful, lack of communication when you ring the pharmacy the phone is left to ring and ring no one answers the phone bad practice and badly run pharmacy dreadful don't bother using oh a new pharmacy just opened up in winchester in the high street where the lloyds pharmacy was ..at the bottom of town.

I understand the pressures pharmacies are under but having moved to Boots I have been really impressed with their professional cheerful approach meeting each customer with a smile and willingness to provide what is required. My first experience also included an apology for having to wait which I would never have got with my previous pharmacy! Can I also praise the NHS app especially the repeat prescription functionality that really works well. Well done to all involved
