   I’ve been using this pharmacy for 15 years and it has gone steadily downhill in the past 18months. Preorder prescription take weeks, always a queue up to the door and an obvious lack of staff. I’ll be moving elsewhere.

   I went to the shop this morning to collect my repeat prescriptions only to find it was shut all day (Wednesday 14 December). This is not the first time this has happened. I am left without medicine for my heart this afternoon and they were unable to confirm when they would open.
