   Twice now I have had my flu vaccine jab cancelled for this branch. The first time I was automatically rescheduled an alternative date and time with no correspondence whether this would work for me. The second time the morning of the vaccine told again by text it was cancelled with no rebooking scheduled for me. This has been a huge inconvenience for me booking time off work for nothing. Awful service and won’t be booking at this branch again in the future for myself or family. No one called and no one available to speak with regarding this.
