    Due to a health problem, I've been unable to pick up my prescription inhalers and needed to ask the pharmacy team to put them back onto the spine so I can pick them up at a pharmacy closer to where I am currently staying. After over 40 attempted phone calls spanning a few days, it would seem that nobody is even slightly interested in answering the phone. It would seem this isn't a one-off either, as when I called the Mall information desk they informed me that the Boots pharmacy team just doesn't answer their phone and everyone has this problem. I think they would benefit from being reminded that this is a health service, and the people calling are in need of potentially serious medical assistance or medication and ignoring calls isn't good enough.
