   The person administering vaccines etc is absolutely lovely, I've dealt with them on a number of occasions. However, the rest of the staff here are dismissive, unfriendly, and need a lesson in customer service. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early to fill out any forms, but the vaccination itself was still 25 minutes late.
