    All good wexcwwpt there were no plwastc covers for the thermometer n the whole gp practice, doctor left me n the room for ages whlwst he went searching and there were none. This is unacceptable

    Fantastic system always can get an appointment by phone and if urgent in person .I use the nhs app all the time if I need a urgent appointment and it never fails a gp has always got back to me within: days .

    Arrived for my appointment and I was treated by a friendly receptionist. I waited in the waiting area for around 15 minutes or so until I was seen. I saw a very nice, friendly and competent doctor. He seemed very knowledgeable and understanding.

    Made initial contact via new triage procedures.The Triage doctor spoke to me by phone and decided that It would be prudent to be examined as the Christmas holiday was imminent.I was subsequently contacted by a member of the reception staff who arranged an appointment for that afternoon.I was duly examined and diagnosed and subsequently medicated.Each step of this process followed promptly and I was able to enjoy the Christmas feastivites unfettered by pain.

    Non Address of the issue just a confirmation of a cold and advice I already knew of. No help , navigating the location wasn’t easy given the fact I was ill. Suffered silently for another 2 weeks and eventually body sorted itself. Was of time , not again I would have waited to see my regular a few days after..

    I was pleased to be able to be seen quickly . I required a chest X-ray . The doctor told me that he could not order it directly and had to speak to the practice . There was a glitch with this and it would have been better if he could have ordered it directly himself

I am sorry to hear about the IT issues that were experienced on the day. This is an issue we are aware of and having the practice order it is a workaround in place to ensure that we can arrange onward care. We agree that clinicians should be able to order the tests at the point of care and are working with systems providers to ensure that this is the case.     Saw 2 separate doctors on 2 occasions as had recurring ear ache. Was OK but I'd rather see a doctor from my surgery as still have a pain in my ear.

We will provide this feedback on to staff who book the appointments to support shared learning and we have adopted a policy that those with unresolved symptoms are best seen by their own practice rather than back at the minor illness service.     we saw a brilliant nurse very last minute when my daughter had an eye infection. they were thorough and asked lots of questions. we felt very looked after.

    I was in chronic pain so I was given an appointment with the minor health clinic. I was given poor advice which resulted in me suffering withdrawal symptoms over Christmas.
