The Doctor I saw was very thorough and gave me time. I did not feel rushed when explaining my symptoms. I was given the correct medication for my problem. I was very satisfied with the service.

I found my visit to the GP very helpful. She checked everything very thoroughly and reassured me I didn't have a chest infection. But I should be careful not to keep losing weight.

It was very good I didn’t have to wait for long to see the doctor and it also suit me as I booked the appointment later afternoon it’s good for people working . I’ve seen by a gp on minor clinic which is very good .and also he is a very nice doctor .

We arrived with a newborn and the physician sent us to the ER after terrifying us and being unable to diagnose an extremely common condition.

I asked to see a doctor for an ongoing pain in my big toe, I was seen by a doctor in minor injuries, but I hadn't actually injured my toe, I have arthritis in it. So it wasn't very helpful although he did give me some good advice. But I'm sure if you have an injury it a great service.

After no appointments available. Contacted 111 who gave me an emergency appointment. Was given two options. Took my local surgery and had an appointment within a couple of hours. Was seen and given advice. Not particularly helpful and wasn't offered any extra pain relief which I later found I could have. But was pleased to be seen

My visit was satisfactory. I had an appointment at 16:30 but did not get seen until 17:30. My time with the doctor was brief to say the least but the diagnosis was correct and so was the prescribed medication. I updated some personal information at reception which went fine. Overall my treatment went as expected.

Dear David Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had to wait such a long time for your appointment. We aim to work to appointment time within our service but acknowledge that from time to time the clinic can run late. This can be because of a number of complex patients that take longer than anticipated to arrange care for. I will take this feedback away and look at implementing a process where we can inform patients if they are facing a long wait time before they arrive so that they can come in a little later and avoid a long wait in the surgery. I needed to see a doctor and was given a same day appointment in the minor illness clinic. I was seen promptly, dealt with courteously and extremely happy with the service given. I had to travel a little further than my usual practice but was happy to do so.

I needed an emergency appointment because I was unable to shake a very chesty cough that I had for over a week. I was given an appointment which was very efficient and anti-biotics were prescribed which cleared up the problem very quickly. The only issue was that the prescription was sent to the wrong chemist and it took a considerable time to sort out.

My toddler with fever, rash on whole body and tummy ache was seen by a health professional. He was thoroughly examined and prescribed antibiotics. The health professional was very kind and explained everything in details. I'm very happy with the service.
