The doctor was very through and made my daughter feel comfortable answering awkward questions. We left feeling confident with the care advice and medication given.

Did a late triage on the day within an i got a reply that they had booked me in at the Red House Surgrey Radlett for 5pm that day which was good for me as I was suffering

I experienced a great deal of pain from my ears. I sent the surgery an online triage form at 08.30. By 09.15, the surgery rang me and told me that a doctor has checked the triage form and could I attend the surgery at 15.00 for a face to face appointment with a doctor. This I did and I was seen on time by one of the practice doctors. The doctor was extremely professional and I was prescribed an antibiotic spray to use x 3 daily. The prescription form was sent to my designated pharmacy which is next door to the surgery. From my arrival at the surgery to picking up my prescribed ear spay, could not have taken more than 30 minutes. I am sure that the service that I received at Fairbrook Medical Center , could not have bettered in the private sector. It’s because of this kind of service that myself and my family have been registered patients at Fairbrook for the be past 38 years

The appointment was for my 3 year old daughter, and the GP was very friendly and chatty to her, which put her at ease. He listened and took his time with questions and examining her. It was a very pleasant experience, as often GP appointment feel very rushed.

I visited the hub at the grove and as usual the staff at the practice were excellent, appointment was on time and the doctor was very thorough and helpful. Felt listened too and cared for Thanks all at the Grove in Borehamwood

When in with 2 issues. 1. All blocked up, sore throat, running noise and eyes. 2. Right leg, burning sensation an pain. 1. Doctor checked, blood pressure, temperature, heart beat. Also stopped in the middle of the checkes to take a personnel mobile call followed by sending a text to the caller in the middle of my examination!! Continued with the examination and offered to medication or advise !!!!!! Seemed disturbed by the call! Then with my second problem, suggested I should contact my registered doctor. Waste of Time!!!!!!
