Been with this practice for 23 years now , my husband and our children , have never had a problem getting to see a doctor and think this practice is up to date and the best in this area if not further , highly recommend

Feel fortunate to be able to speak to a professional medic on the same day I call. All staff are polite. I hear such awful stories from others who are registered elswhere. We even decided not to leave the area as we'd have to change GP! Thank you YGPs

The surgery is so well organised, the Drs and staff run a very well oiled machine. During these difficult times that you hear about GP’s I can honestly say that this surgery is brilliant. Between a mixture of online interaction initially and then being triaged, invited to attend the surgery and treatment takes less than 24 hours without fail. My sister is at another surgery where once the urgent appointments are filled they have told her they do not answer the phones! There is no other way of contacting that other surgery. In view, of how mentally desperate she has become due to that behaviour, I can only say that she is not receiving care from them at all. Whereas, Lakeside is absolutely the most helpful and caring surgery I have known in my life. This surgery should be used as a role model for the whole country, they are as I said before - fantastic.
