The people at the reception were utterly horrible. They really don't care about your feelings and lack a great sense of empathy. My 12 year old son, has been suffering with a knee injury for over 2 months, yet still they didn't care. They weren't professional at all.

This surgery used to be amazing. you could literally ring up any day of the week and get an appointment,no problem. Now, if you ring up any other day than a Monday at 08:30 (which is impossible to get through) you get told there's no appointments and that you need to call back on a Monday morning when all the appointments for the whole week are handed out. I've just spent 45 minutes being told that my call cannot be completed at this time and to call back later. very frustrating especially when you are trying to work and only get certain break times. why advise to call on a Monday at 08:30 when the capacity isn't there to deal with the demand?

An outstanding surgery! With wonderful receptionist! Absolutely nothing is to much trouble for this surgery! Amazing and proactive with poorly children! I honestly couldn’t recommend enough! We have had to be back and forth for a few months with an unprecedented amount of illness in our young children! And nothing is to much bother! Offered appointments in person, telephone or assessment, it’s possible the best surgery I have been to across both Leeds and Bradford! Thankyou!

I am very proud with the service I received yesterday the staff who work here and very friendly and professional I can't thank them enough for what they have provided me with everyone is brilliant. I wish that I could do something in return for the brilliant customer service that I received.

For the first time in years i had to contact the surgery twice in a week. The treatment i received from the receptionist, the GP who called me back and the two GP's i saw face 2 face at the Rockwell practice was excellent. The second GP i visited today was caring,thorough and explained everything to me. Thank you all so much.
