The doctors here really care about their patients and great receptionist who really care and try to help as much as they could. When my children had appointment or needed appointments and I call and I’m worried they speak so lovingly and help to reduce my stress level and keep me calm whilst booking the appointments best GP practice I’ve ever been too

My experience with wrafton surgery was quick and efficient. Once I had checked in I was called to see the doctor straight away. My doctor was caring and understanding and put me at ease. Well done Wrafton surgery

The Practice Nurse was helpful and totally professional. She listened to my comments and gave the necessary treatment which allowed me to leave the surgery reassured. Follow up appointment was arranged promptly.

I recently came in for a review of my condition and was so grateful for the prompt appointment and consultation follow up with a practice nurse who helped with my on going support. Without their assessment and input I would not be in the mobile position that I am able to enjoy now. The practice was most helpful, kind and mindful of the potential difficulties an older person has to navigate through medical supervision. I greatly appreciate all the members of Wrafton House surgery for providing excellent medical care.

I spoke with a lovely nurse regarding my contraceptive pill and a few other ongoing problems I have, she couldn’t of been more understanding and reassuring and made me feel at ease and that my questions are not silly. She was patient and explained thoroughly everything I needed to know.

I’m new to Hatfield so didn’t know what to expect in terms of service and waiting times. So far, the staff at Wrafton Surgery have been very kind to me dealt with my issue with urgency, communication was prompt and consistent. I am very grateful for the great service. The receptionist, nurses and Doctors have all been brilliant, well done and keep it up.

I was able to see the nurse in the evening which was great. The appointment ran on time and the nurse was kind and friendly. She really made me feel at ease. An all round pleasant experience.

Was looked after very well by nice staff. No problems experienced with my visit. But filling out this questionnaire is a nightmare. I did another review only a few weeks ago so don’t see why I have been asked again.

I have been to the Wrafton House surgery every month for several months now, for an injection I need to get. It has always been a very smooth experience and everything is like clockwork,with experienced nurses ensuring this every month. This month too I was in this morning, and the Practice Nurse was her usual efficient self, and I was out in no time after a very comfortable injection Would strongly recommend
