  2. Review titled First impressions Great Practice, Highly recommended!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Fantastic surgery easy to register as a new patient. Receptionist extremely helpful with some questions I had and on a 2nd call assisted me with another task resetting Patient Access. Highly professional and straight to the point just what is needed in a busy medical environment. The welcome couldn't have been warmer! Seems to me a friendly local surgery. Very happy.

  3. Review titled Getting worse

Rated 1 star out of 5

The situation at woodlands medical practice is getting worse. It’s impossible to get a face to face appointment. You are instructed to call at 8.00am to book for a telephone consultation . After an average of 45 minutes on hold you are told that appointments have either gone, or the doctors are not working today and you will have to speak to a locum. This seems to be a regular occurrence on Wednesdays

Dear Patient, I am sorry you are finding it difficult to get a face to face appointment. The phone line can be very busy at 8:00 am If it is not something urgent it may be better to ring later in the day. The practice uses econsult and you may find this an easier way to contact the practice. You go to the practice website at: https://www.woodlandsmedicalpractice.org/ you will see a blue banner online consultation. If you complete the form this is then triaged and if an appointment is needed you will be given an appointment in the next two days.
