I am a new patient but I can definitely recommend Woodhouse Surgery. Every time I had a question, problem, the staff helped me as best they could. Very nice and atmosphere 🤗

I have just changed from The Grange Group Practice. I had an appointment today, first time I’ve been weighed and had my blood pressure taken at the doctors in years! 100% better than The Grange.

I am extremely grateful for the Wednesday clinic run from this surgery. I had an appointment within a couple of weeks and was given patient, attentive and knowledgeable support during a very difficult time. The advice, support and treatment I received absolutely helped me to deal with my situation and regain my mental health. The staff were kind and gave me as much time as I needed to talk and as questions. This service was invaluable to me. There were a couple of awkward technology glitches in communication with my GP about my appointments and prescription but this was dealt with reassuringly so I didn't feel let down in any way.

Had an appointment with a clinician as I needed a prescription for some painkillers for my Fibromyalgia. Various types were mentioned then decided which was best to start on. Possible side effects were discussed. The clinician was very polite and friendly and very informative.

I’ve had quite a few conversations with a receptionist in which she has been helping me to chase up a referral, she has been proactive in helping me and has kept me up to date every step of the way. She has chased up other services when they have failed to respond ,liaised with different departments and the doctor on my behalf and she has always been really polite and customer focused ( even when I was frustrated and no doubt snappy) thank you so much ! I appreciate all your hard work and dedication.
